Note: We are not looking for someone to Data Scrap, we are looking for someone who can take out warm leads for our business.

Experienced Lead Generation Specialist

What’s our business?
-> HR Outsourcing Services. Simple meaning, we do the full recruitment process on behalf of the company/our client.

Understand the ICP: (You can even make better if you understand the business niche)

  • Age: 30-60
  • Position/Title: CEO/CHRO
  • Country: EUROPEAN + China + Japan + US + UK (we avoid South African continent)

Datas we need:

  • First Name of POC
  • Last Name of POC
  • Designation/Title of POC
  • Organization Name
  • Email of POC
  • Whatsapp/Cell of POC
  • Country of POC/Organisation
  • Source Link (proof of the lead that they want the kind of service)

Office: Remote / Work from Home

Sales Executive

  • Industry: HR Outsourcing and BPO Business
  • Type: Weekly 20-25 Hours (Potentials will move Full Time)
  • Vacancy: 02 Positions

Salary : Based on Experience and Actual Performance + Comission on Closing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Use the lead generation funnel and reach out to leads.
  • Provide accurate information to the leads and close them.
  • ⁠Prepare meeting agendas and do meeting virtually.
  • Follow up the leads in a timely manner and update the CRM.
  • Ability to handle leads in a very generous and professional manner maintaining international / top notch service
  • Make sure every lead gets same importance so no one gets beyond the line.
  • Ability to keep up with KPIs monthly, quarterly and annually.

Preferred or Must have qualities:

  • B2 level English
  • ⁠Good writing in Emails
  • Have a salesy attitude
  • Ability to maintain CRM- HubSpot, Capsule, Airtable
  • ⁠Ability to maintain time tracker (Timedoctor, Clockify)
